Monday, April 17 is a major milestone in the history of the APS. After 28 years of collaboration with the global science community on groundbreaking and impactful research, we are closing our X-ray beamlines and bidding a temporary farewell to our external users. When we welcome those scientific colleagues back in 2024, it will be to a brand-new APS, with new capabilities to explore.
